Perfect Hashbrowns

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 pound Russet baking potatoes, peeled and grated Salt and pepper


  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium heat
  2. While the pan gets hot squeeze the moisture out of your potatoes.
  3. Place the potatoes in the pan evenly distributed, no more than a ½ inch thick. Add salt and pepper. When potatoes are cooked on the bottom flip them over until both sides are golden brown.
