Ingredients: ¼ cup onion ¼ cup red sweet pepper ½ cup beer ½ cup cold water 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper ¼ tsp. salt
Directions: In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook ¼ cup chopped onion and ¼ cup chopped red sweet pepper in 1 Tbsp. hot vegetable oil about 4 minutes or until tender. In a small bowl stir together ½ cup beer, ½ cup cold water, 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning, ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper, and ¼ tsp. salt. Add to onion mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly then reduce heat and cook 2 minutes more.
