Pizza Grilled Cheese

If you enjoy both pizza and grilled cheese sandwiches this recipe is perfect for you.


Spread tomato sauce on 1 slice sourdough bread. Top with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, a few basil leaves and 1 more slide sourdough. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sandwich and cook until golden brown and the cheese melts, 3 to 4 minutes per side, adding more butter when you flip if needed.
