“Every Flavor” Party Nuts

These nuts are salty, sweet, spicy and a whole lotta nice. and they’re sure to please everyone’s taste buds at the party.

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 cup untoasted walnuts halved
1 cup untoasted pecan halves
1 cup unsalted dry roasted almonds
1 cup unsalted dry roasted cashews
½ cup whole pistachios
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
1)    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
2)    In a bowl combine all nuts and add salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper; toss to coat.
3)    Heat sugar, water and butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat until butter is melted. Slowly pour butter mixture over the bowl of nuts and stir to coat.
4)    Spread a single layer onto your baking sheet.
5)    Place baking sheet in the oven for about 15 minutes. Keep mixing the nuts throughout the cooking time making sure warm syrup covers each nut. Allow to cool before serving.
