A favorite summer salad loaded with fruit and nuts.
- 6 cups torn Romaine lettuce or 6 cups packed spinach
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
- Poppy seed dressing of your choice
- ¾ cup pecans
- 5 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- Combine the first four ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss to combine.
- Drizzle with poppy seed dressing.
- Top with pecans and feta cheese.
If you want to make this salad into a meal, add grilled chicken breast.
