Banana Bread

Finish off a great meal with this warm and flavorful banana bread. serve it warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat.

Ingredients:
½ cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 sliced bananas

Directions:
1)    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 5 inch pan.
2)    In a large bowl beat together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Fold in the sour cream, walnuts and bananas. Spread evenly into your pan
3)    Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean. Cool before serving.
